Since its establishment in 1990, the Community Healthcare Foundation has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of Community Memorial Hospital, rural Oconto County's leading healthcare facility.
Comprised of a volunteer Board of Directors, the foundation provides opportunities for the community to support their mission to improve the health care of the community.
Foundation efforts fund technology updates, renovations, and capital equipment to enhance and increase access to medical services at Community Memorial Hospital and the CMH Primary Care Clinics throughout Oconto County as well as annual health education scholarships to invest in the future of health care.

Spring Fling Wine, Cheese & Beer Tasting
Guests socialize, enjoy appetizers and sample some of the delicious cheese, beer, and wine provided by local cheese makers, breweries, wineries, and their local distributors. Music, drawings, and auctions are part of the evening's entertainment. Charity Golf Outing
This yearly event takes place in June. Proceeds are designated for a specific capital equipment or technology improvement at CMH. This has become one of the most popular golf events in the area and is a major funding source for the Community Healthcare Foundation.
