The Laboratory at Community Memorial Hospital utilizes the most advanced medical equipment to provide testing 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The lab specializes in diagnostic services to physicians, annually conducting over 50,000 tests in areas such as:

Community Memorial Hospital is accredited by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists. The CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program was established in the early 1960s and is recognized by the Federal government as being equal to or more stringent than the government's own inspection program.

Typically, physicians order tests to diagnose medical conditions, for health screenings and to monitor treatment with medications. However, vacationers and other travelers who require specific monitoring of various disorders utilize our laboratory services.
